Thank you so much for speaking on this! Everything you mention is completely true. I often struggle with S.A.D. in the winter, go into a state of hibernation and have issues with maintaining a positive attitude, high self-esteem, proper diet, routine exercise and getting a decent amount of sleep. Though, I would say I have been doing a little better this fall/winter season than in previous years. I challenged myself to stay positive and healthy but I've been struggling with S.A.D. since 2002.

In the summer and spring, I turn from an depressed ugly duckling to a beautiful, happy swan lol It is kind of funny how, the different seasons have an major affect on my attitude, glow & so on but I'm surviving and learning to manage it better as time goes on. Even my neighbors notice the change every yr
During the winter, I try to get out more but I really don't like the cold. It can be very discouraging for me, personally. So, I stay in doors
Anyhow, I appreciate these tips! Thanks again : )

Thank you for the video! You give great advise about breathing, people really don't know this. I hear about it just second time in my whole life. Breathing from the stomach has great positive effect on the diaphragm and internal organs.
