I had to practice this by myself for Honours Band (I play flute), and it made absolutely NO sense until I listened to this!

@alakazam2192 I completely agree. The band I'm in is playing this, and it's probably the most epic song I've ever had the chance to perform. I play the tympani part, and it's a BEAST. Yet listening to this doesn't quite do justice to the sense of awe you feel when you actually play it; being right behind the bass line, those chords that come in around 1:38 just sound unbelievable.

@blkandwitekeys It was definitely amazing to hear. I was in the group that played Mother Earth, which was demanding but another neat Maslanka piece. I think I'm starting to admire his music!
