Fun trick with the Scarabs in Dark Crusade was to just keep making the swarms and repairing the tomb spider. With a strong economy and overwatch reienforcement on you could just blow through all opposition by sheer numbers, buildings and whole bases fall fast to the larger swarms and ive even pinned a Force Commander and trapped him with the swarms pinning him in combat with them, overwatch keeps em alive while they slowly kill him and he can't get away

god that's the worst map for an imperial guard player. you can just summon you flayed one in his base while the ig player has to walk full distance with his troops to attack yours...
