【材料】:小排骨1斤半、青菜1把、薑1塊、蔥5支、醬油2大匙、糖1大匙、蕃茄醬1大匙、酒1小匙、鎮江醋1小匙、胡椒粉1/3小匙、五香粉1/3小匙
【做法】:
1、花椰菜川燙撈起泡冷水。
2、排骨加入醬油醃漬後,放入油鍋炸至上色撈起瀝油。
3、蔥切段、薑切片、草菜拍碎後備用。
4、起鍋熱油把薑片、蔥段、爆香;再放入排骨、紹興酒、鎮江醋、醬油、草果、八角、胡椒粉、五香粉、水煮開後。
5、等水煮開後再蓋上鍋蓋,煮一個半小時再加入冰糖、再煮半個小時即可起鍋擺盤即完成「無錫排骨」。
