@FSR218 The thunderstorm skull makes all covenant rank up. So blue elites go to red. Red goes to silver, etc.

LOL The blind skull sucks I can't get it off and it's hard to get skulls this way

my brother found this by accident :D he was glitching there and he was all like: out of my way bitch! and then there was a skull lying under it :O

all Halo TWO skulls are legendary, except for Blind and Assasin (which doesn't do anything except on legendary)
and yes there are 2 rooms like this it's in the second one.
and no you don't need to finish level with it, just pick up and it'll start, then you can just chuck it away.

@Sparten506 The Assassin's Skull is also on any difficulty, but it doesn't have any message/effect.
