@fedemirko1 I don't know. I don't brew sencha often, because i am found of gongfu cha. And when I do, I use this method which is cup based.

@fedemirko1 i think that's tea dependent. For gyokuro I use more tea for less quantity of water, but for average sencha that quantity does the job for me.
