If this isn't a Torontonian moment, I don't know what is.
It's fun to note that the sun is in the same place as seen in much of the Shuffle Demons' "Spadina Bus" music video.
(btw, that wasn't Jack-FM in your clip, which used to play the Boys Brigade before they went all "butt rock" in 2006. What station got the BB on air in 2008?)
Last bit: that camera crew was filming a pilot for a series that never took off. They were filming an "emergency scene" that day.
