I'm a physician assistant (aka a relatively unbiased party considering I hate some residents as much as I hate some nurses) and this is the most ridiculous video I have ever seen. Yes some residents are cocky, arrogant, and stupid. But as this video shows, some nurses get on their high horses thinking they know best when they don't. An really, the only thing the resident did in this video was say that it was his first day. And no resident I know has much if ANY time for GOLF.

I can't wait to be an intern in about 10 months and make around $14/hr (do the math after researching PGY-1 salaries and average weekly hours) while simultaneously beginning to pay off my $300,000 in debt, and never seeing my husband (who is not a doctor). So glamorous, right?. I come from a family of nurses, so no disrespect is meant there, but whoever made this video is acting just as discriminatory as any physician who would degrade a nurse.

Yeah it must be a real struggle having to do a little hard work for a few years so you can sit back and earn about 700% more than is actually required for the work you will eventually do... after all the assessment has been handed over to you from the nursing staff.
