@nauort23 Don't you think it's part of the show? Every show needs its evil step-sister. Doesn't make it right, just stating that I don't feel his catty comments on the show are necessarily because he was bullied as a kid. Bottom line is we don't know MK personally-only his persona on the show- and thus we can't judge him personally that would be what a bully does.

@LizHenri I'm acquainted with the show, but thanks. Where did I say it was the same thing? You're not seriously denying that he has set up a situation where it's his turn to be mean (professionally, and with YOUR sanction, of course), are you? He gives very little constructive criticism or professional help on Project Runway. As for taste level..., who knows what his taste is? He's been wearing the same outfit every day for 8 years--while judging everyone else's...

@nauort23 Project Runway is a reality competition where adult contestants have concented to compete and be judged for their clothing an taste level. While I agree that several of the popular Television competition judeges are definitely rather Catty, it's certainly not the same as being mocked and bullied in school. Nobody asks to be ridiculed for things like their gender, race or orientation...

As one of those dreaded "home-sewers", I just want to say I love your designs and your patterns in Vogue! I purchase them all! Thank you for inspiring young people who want to sew and have had no mentoring until Project Runway. I have been sewing for (gosh) 51 years and love seeing young men and women back in the fabric stores. Working with fibers whether its sewing, knitting or crocheting rocks! Thank you!
