"Seesh, mutants these days...thinkin' they own the world. It's bull I tell ya!

I remember back in my day...we didn't have any a 'dis freaky stuff runnin' around back when I was growin' up. All there was in the world was us normal people, us HUMANS, and we all lived in peace. Where did those times go?

I don't even wanna leave the home anymore 'cause of all these weirdos roamin' the streets nowadays. And these types are supposed to PROTECT us? You gotta be kiddin' me! Hell half of 'em 're tryin' to KILL us! And the police just let 'em do whatever they want because they don't have the power to stop 'em...feh.

Mutants are bad enough...but the worse types of all are 'dem damn KID mutants. See, them teenage punks think just 'cause they can make a couple a flashing lights with their pinkie finger they can push us around, actin' like they're the bee's knees or somethin'. Buncha brats if you ask me...
Hell if it weren't for normal people like us, they wouldn't even HAVE the lives they do now. We fought for their freedom in the war, and THIS is how they repay us!? This is the thanks we get!?

MAG-FUCKIN-NETO

When Nobuyuki says "MvC2 style", he means it. This thing's got MvC2 written all over it, from the stupid crazy air dashing to the ANNOYING (EMPHASISSSSSSS) Psylocke assist. With its AI coded to act like a pro MvC2 Magneto player, this one is hard to take down.

Right away you'll notice that Magneto LOVES to jump around to confuse you/cross you up. Unlike most of the MvC2 cast he can control his jumps very well, thanks to his flying ability. He can do a super jump, then immediately cancel it and land, which can lead to some funky-ass combos anywhere on-screen. Funny thing is, he can do a lot of that stuff in MvC2 too. OH HE SO PRINGLES

This Magneto also has what's got to be one of the most annoying striker assists ever: PSYLOCKE.
Every chance he gets, Magneto will call on his lady friend to uppercut you, and I guarantee you it will mess you up not damage-wise, but "groove-wise". You'll be wailing on Magneto in the corner and all will be fine, until WHOOPS PSY BLADE LOLOLOL HURRR.
Of course, it costs no power to use her, so Magneto can use her as much as he pleases, which basically means any time he's not moving. He'll also use her in combos of his own to keep you from hitting the ground. With Psylocke and his launcher, Magneto will annoy you to no end. WHERE YO CURLEH MUSTACHE AT

Speaking of combos, he's got a lot of 'em, most of them involving hitting you into the air in some way, whether it be with his launcher or his sweep kick. Once he gets you in the air, pray, because all of his combos do a hefty amount of damage, and sometimes he'll start the MvC2 infinite he's infamous for...SCOOPS HAGEN DAS


This fight was especially tough though, since being the perfectionist I am, I just HAD to beat Magneto without using Zappa's lighting spirit Raou until the last round, where I wanted to finish him off with Raou's super move. It sounds simple enough, but getting the demon out at the right time is no easy task: You have to collect a certain number of the spirit orbs that circle Zappa, which you get by hitting with his demonic special moves. With Magneto's and Psylocke's crazy asses though it's hard to land any of the moves when you need to (especially with the dog), and when you get hit you lose your demon and have to create a new one. Sometimes you're given one at random, but I never notice them and usually end up blowing them up...awesome.

@TheAensleigheR Ah, yeah, the website of Nobuyuki, tthe author of that Magneto, along with a bunch of other authors' sites got taken down for good. Some have made new sites, but I'm not sure if Nobuyuki's came back. I don't have the Magneto anymore, either.

Your best bet is to find someone with him on one on the many MUGEN forums out there.

I dunno if I'll be making anything anytime soon, but I'd like to return to it one day. Only time will tell.

I actually use Baiken and I-No the most in GG. Zappa's just for fun times.
