I remember watching "Sanford and Son" growing up and seeing at the end of that show that it was based on "Steptoe and Son" I must say I love Youtube because I can see the original. Why are people talking about J.J. Walker? Redd Fox was great in Sanford and Son. Sanford and Son was probably the only show that America ripped off that was actually decent. You can't compare these two shows. They are good on their own.

i cant believe the yanks would even dare to argue on the comedy front after we gave you charlie chaplain. laurel and hardy & the list goes on and on. i love all comedy but guess some people like to just argue on here rather than appreciate good humour and excellent script writing by the british,americans, australians and every other nation than produces the stuff. here to watch and enjoy...not read your silly childish comments..we have enough war/conflict going on thx.
