I'm a Christian, too, but I love ALL people, including Atheists. Just because somebody doesn't believe in God, that doesn't mean that I HATE them, I actually LOVE them. We as Christians are called to LOVE, not to judge or hate.

@1Lanavis1 I also know that there are obviously Christians outside of America that are bad, but you and I both know that it is the high percentage of bad American Christians that are so bad, Christianity has a bad name in the west. I am, however, right in saying that America is the only country with such a disgusting and large gay hating group. It may even be the only country with an actual 'club' for hating gay people.

@1Lanavis1 When we were talking religion I was more thinking about Christianity. Dont get me wrong. Someone who doesn't understand it properly could try to use it for an excuse for evil.

But even in the Muslim religion fueled the minds for a small few of dictators, it doesn't make religion evil, the majority of religious people wouldn't start a war, it is completely against all modern religions...

Two very difficult things to discuss 1. religion, 2. politics both these subjects create bad feelings and strong emotions, which usually degenerates into name calling and violence, as each side believes he is right or is the TRUE RELIGION. How many millions of human beings have been killed in the name of true religion or politics ? Be still, and let's live in peace !!

@viciouswolf1111 Then what about the conflicts between the dif religious groups in Iran, Iraq, & Afghanistan? I'm not saying that you or your church is bad. Also, don;t be so intolerant to think that the only bad Christians are Americans.

@Nightbird impossible that our creation was just left up to chance. God made us and he done it using all of the processes science learned and indeed is still learning today. I dont see why science and religion have to argue so much, because they both tell the truth. Think about it before you reply with a raging torrent of insults.

@Nightbird Stereotype suggests, the words in the bible are the words of men, a' lot of this shall be untrue. I'm not ignorant, I'm not an idiot. Obviously evolution for example is true, but clearly that is how god made the animals. When the bible was written people didn't know about evolution and so said god just made them appear. In fact my TV hero is David Attenborough, a naturalist. Not the pope or the Archbishop. Think before you speak, things are so complicated in evolution that it is...

PS: The majority of terrorists are not religious, the 9/11 group were. But the ones like the Irish IRA were completely Atheist. In fact I think they sometimes blew up churches in the carnage. I also dont believe everything the bible says like the Christian...

@1Lanavis1 The war in Afghanistan, the most recent, is because of oil you twit, there is nothing wrong with religion. If you've been badly affected by a religious person then that is the person, not the religion. If your going to bring up Christians hating gays, think again, that is in America only, my church is accepting of anyone and I think our minister recently married a gay couple, unofficially of course. Plus I'm gay and my church are fine with it. Americans are the only bad Christians.
