Well for me Lomu is the most devastating rugby player who has ever lived, and Ronaldo is the most devastating footballer who ever lived. Pele has become a cliche, and Ronaldo's goal record speaks for itself during a much tougher time to play football. He destroyed whichever platform he played on, even after 2 potentially career ending injuries, and for that he is the greatest of all time.
