This was only the second time ever doing Platform Deadlifts with Jumpstretch Minibands, and this was the first time maxing out on this exercise. The last set felt pretty challenging, but I can probably do a bit more. This gave me a baseline of where I am today. Also, this was the third set of the night--I started with 405x1, then 425x1. Felt pretty good!

I am anxious to do this lift again. Also, I need to pay attention to the JumpStretch Mini bands that I am using on this exercise. It would probably be a good idea to replace the bands every six months or so, to help ensure the tension stays relatively the same.

  • Yo, not sure if it works the same at APT bands, but my assumption is that it would work with any type of bands. I double up the bands anyway. good luck.

  • Does this platform work with bands from APT as well? I don't know if Jump Stretch and APT brand bands are different lengths, and I don't want to buy something I can't use.
