Model Railway Exhibition 2009 Part 2

The Mid Essex Model Railway Club's 32nd exhibition held at Shenfield High School, Brentwood Essex.
19th Sept 2009.

Exhibitor 6 is Twin Falls USA On30" gauge by Mick Lawrence.

"Based on a typical logging & mining railroad around the 1900's using an American method called "Open crib".
Basically a series of wooden frames fitted on top of baseboards, with track on top, this gives a perfect viewing height.
All buildings are scratch built in wood, plastic & card with homemade trees in balsa & Woodland Scenics.
Rolling stock is mainly Bachmann, with Shays, Climaxes, Porters, Consolidations & Forneys appearing.
Much have been weathered & upgraded with Backwoods Miniatures items, all controlled by a Gaugemaster Prodigy 2."
