Wrong! Wrong! except the comment of LFBAROM. This song was composed by (Ajan) Chansom Sengsirivan who lives currenty in USA. Nit Vichittavong sung it after and broadcasted in Lao radio in 1960s. Years later, many Lao (amateurs) singers have tried their best, but my favorite is the voice of (Ajan) Khamteum Sanoubane, my classmate and "Ai Gnai" at IRDA in late years 60s. This song is one of the best "Lao Amata," ever composed and played; it's very romantic and nostalgic, pretty meaningful ! .

This song was played for the 1st time by "The Red Snake", an Ecole Royale de Médecine studiant group (Vientiane, Royaume du Laos) of Mr Thanomsinh during a song's concours at the Cinéma Sènglao(?), Vientiane around 60's. It obtained the 2nd price. Among the group Arom LYFOUNG played bass guitar.
