No, I am ready to fight Conficker, have a malicious software removal tool, another one(just in case), and I patched up the vulnerable spot where conficker can get in.
You do not get Conficker by going to porn sites or opening emails.
You get it by Conficker coming thorugh the vulnerable spot OR Conficker hiding itself in a flash drive then spreading the virus everywhere.
You got verbally owned my fat friend.
