Our baby is very ill and after trip after trip and test after test at our vet, then the emerg. specialist, we need to take her to a neurologist, the tests alone will be $800-$2000 not to mention if she needs surgery. The specialist thinks it is either Meningitis, A Tumor or A Spinal/Disc issue. She is not able to use her back legs nor use the restroom without our help. If you would like me to email you the full timeline, meds she is on and symptoms to maybe give us some more insight, please send us a email.

Any Donation Amount Will Help! If we have anything left after she is better we will donate it to another group or fund to help other animals in need of medical help.

  • Doodle went to be with her sister today at rainbow bridge....We took here to our vet today, she started breathing a lot harder, and they did one last blood test to see if there was a change. her kidneys were not working. We said our goodbyes and stayed with her the entire time.

  • @sidian3 Thank you!

  • 8:00pm- Just talked to dr, she had another short seizure at 7pm, she is shaking and twitching again. my heart can't take much more.

snickers started seizing at 3:30am rushed to emerg vet, transferred to another emrg vet at 10 am, she is there now, it is the same building as the neuro she is seeing Monday, i was hyperventilating and my arms are tingly and I am shaking, I feel like a bus hit me. she had a test to see if she was bleeding into her brain, she is not. her blood is coagulating.

  • We are suppose to give her the meds, rest, express her 4 times a day and also have her stand in a normal position and flex and extend her legs to help strengthen them. For the ones who have sent donations THANK YOU! For those sending donations THANK YOU! We still need your help and from the bottom of our hearts promise as we always do to pay it forward.

  • Back from Neurologists: Her bones look good! So no surgery. Looking more like GME or Bacterial meningitis more than tumor at this point. Got 2 expensive blood tests (Tick serology & Toxoplasmosis/neospora) to see if it is the bacterial while take 2 weeks for results.

  • My thoughts are with you and Snickers! I hope for a fast recovery and I hope your baby gets better very very soon
