I'm just lucky.

everybody ought to play 3 cushion if they want to be as great a kick artist as Efren. Of course the difference between wanting and being...................well, genius is so hard for us mere mortals to understand.

@ninrocket GO TO 0:25 he's aiming his cue there. Dummy. Lol!

Tang ina ka efren! Sobrang Galing MOOOH!!!!!!
-
@ninrocket lol retard. 0:27 he's lining up his shot with his cue. He is known as the innovator of the kick safety. No one kicks better than Reyes and it happens too much for it to be luck. It is a skill he's developed and made famous.
That goofy grin you're talking about. Watch him play more, he does that all the time. He's such an enjoyable player to watch. He does that when he's pleased or he makes a goofier one when he misses shots.

@ninrocket lol i bet you dont know how to play billiards, cuz you dont even know which is the ball their aiming

Does anyone have the whole match?
Thank you!

@ninrocket You clearly don't know BATA, he's not called the magician for nothing :-)

Napamura ako sa shot ni efren. Tangina ang galing talaga.
Mr. Reyes makes sick shot time and time again--way too often for it to be "luck." It is skill and talent. Excellence is never an accident. Was he pleased? yes. Was he surprised? No.

Everytime he makes a spectacular shot he almost always will tell you that he was lucky no matter how many times you obviously see him mentally marking the angles with his cuestick, looking for alternate paths and visualizing the cueball's trajectory to raise his chances of hitting and/or potting the ball prior to shooting. If one realizes that Efren used to play 3-Cushion then one wouldn't be as doubtful of his abilities since these kinds of shots are but normal to a 3C player's arsenal.
