Right after the signing of NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) into law, both the House and Senate have bills before them that address this same idea. Irony? Coincidence? Whatever it may be, it violates the Constitution and Bill of Rights of the United States of America. What country IS this?!

@admiralcrash1 Its worse when you're ex military. I had Army CID come pay me a visit last week. I wasn't even aware that I fell under their jurisdiction as FORMER soldier.

I noticed Obama said something about working on the Nat. Defense Act and having it not apply to American's. Apparently U.S. citizen and an American are two different concepts.So who are the American's? or rather how do their laws apply to a U.S. citizen vs. an American?
