He sure was nervous and if any place should allow filming it's the place we vote.

Unless they've something to hide.

Bleh I ran into similar problems but overall my vote wasn't even counted. A total waste of my time on that day.

They objected to me even taping the COUNTING in late
November of Santa Barbara County.

Public Place, can film. His SAID SO, is NOT positive law,
and he is only taping his own vote process. True he can
not tape or intimadate OTHER voters, but all I see is he is
taping his own vote.

cutting the red tape lengthwise, join the true party... dont vote! or write in the constitutional party of Ron Paul...

vote third party.... or if you are in a swing state, vote obama (would RELATIVELY be a great president)

you all act like your vote really is of real significance. must be nice to believe that. as for the guy who doesnt like the camera; i hate people like that; he thinks he has more rights than you? i would have said let's see what you can do tough guy. and he'd call the cops of course... and they would side with him but that's america for you.

We use card ballots and a black pen, in Alabama.
We also have to show a photo I.D.
It works out pretty well.
