This movie was soooooooooooooo friggin good...I always read books because movies suck...but this one told a story and I loved it (even though it made me cry).

Man this movie was good! A very dark movie, but one that's been longly needed to make. With GENIOUS talent in every angle from EVERY character. I'm simply in 'AHH' of Monique's portrayal as Mary. TOTALLY left 'Meet The Parents' persona as an actress. As an acting student, she's DEFINATLY put the intimidation level on me up 10 notches!

love this movie, but most of all love MONIQUE...she is such a humble diva...she is really intelligent too! ;-D HI MO'! ;-D ...but this song in the background: the girl CAN NOT sing! lmao!
