It was good that you added the copyright disclaimer, but youtube isn't going to get into big legal trouble for a video, they WILL overide your desc, and then take said song away (If needed)... Unfortionatley, "Disclaimers" don't mean SHIT on YouTube... Search up any video with "mahnum na" or the like and you'll find out YT doesn't care about disclaimers... You COULD take it to court (and most likley win) But think, would you really invest all that money in a laywer and all that? for a song?
