@QuadEdits Shooting a shitting dog, on the public property would be a crime. Shooting a shitting dog on your property a bit extreme, but acceptable. Now, opening fire on a crowd of 20+ unruly people that are destroying property and threatening me an my family is SELF-DEFENSE. Notice, the guy fired 30 or so rounds from no more than 50 yards. If you have ever fired AR-15, you should know how easy it is to hit a human size target. The point is that the guy did not intend to hit them...

@ok131583 Ok, next time one of my neighbors dog's take a shit on my lawn, let me just pull out my M9 and fire shots at the guy and his dog.... Does it make sense? Just go outside and yell at the kids, i would understand if they didnt listen to point the gun at them, but too shoot them?

@QuadEdits Yeah, I am sure that is why the other (accidental) victim and her mother took the side of the shooter by defending him before the press and cops. I am sure that "innocent" boy was just walking back from school when he was shot. He was not in a swarm of 30+ other "school" boys vandalizing property and threatening neighbors… Notice, the cops that were supposed to protect the people, simply ignored multiple calls for help and only showed up when shooting started.

@ok131583 He shot a 15 year old boy and put him in critical condition. He was not defending himself, the kids made a lot of noise so he shoots one?

you would figure that if this guy was on top of everything, he could have easily had his side of the story told if he had a barrel mounted cam that could show us a video of him yelling at the kids, being threatened, and the actual shooting and aftermath... and a couple of million views, too.
So, film your barrel-mounting of cams well before you use it, then upload your shooting video BEFORE the cops come.

Fuck NY in general and nypd in particular together with their unconstitutional and abusive gun laws. That is why I moved to Georgia. I simply got tired as a LAWFUL gun owner of being treated as a potential criminal. I am disgusted every time I read about lawful NY citizens being charged with all of these trumped up charges for simply defending themselves or their property or defending others... So my 100+K income will pay taxes where I can feel safer from the government abuse

maybe if the cops actually showed up after the 20 calls made by different residents, this wouldn't have happened. This is why these punks walk around doing whatever they want- because there is not enough police presence on our streets.

Who cares? They will end up dying in an unrelated shooting before the age of 20 anyways.

TO wind whatever, yes i understand kids are kids, but what they did was not being a kid. Having fun by fighting each other? vandalizing peoples property? a man had his windshield broken. And supposedly people did call the police but they took their sweet ass time getting to the scene.
