Get a killer body using this intense interval training circuit...... 20 jumps with or without a jump rope, 10 plank sprawls repeat these two exercises non stop for 3mins and then rest for 1min. Then start again after your 1min break do this circuit 5 times! It's gonna hurt and your gonna wanna stop but don't give up push through! GOOD LUCK let me know how you do!
