He's damaging his body, but he can do whatever he wants. At his age he could be getting his legs blown off in Iraq. You don't need steroids or testosterone at such a young age for anything in my opinion. And since he is that young I seriously doubt he is doing it correctly. It's good to see someone his age being so committed to something but there are a lot of bad longterm effects he most likely will experience if he isn't being smart and cautious.
