Written in 1968, the "Divertimento" is one of composer Akira Yuyama's most expressive duets for marimbaphone and saxophone. Its closely connected motifs seem to be influenced by traditional Japanese melodies as well as modern harmonic structures and rhythms.

Marimbaphone: Andreas Fuß
Saxophone: Sascha Panknin
