Beatles looked better with the neato suits and ties. Certainly the 13 year old girls preferred the Beatles. But the Byrds were better musicians.

No, for sure he sang it, but just because you sang that in 1967 doesn't mean you can't have a mean punch in your wild days, there are also some quite interesting hamburg storys, so much for the choir boy image and people thinking the stones were more badass.

The Stones badassness was all image, just like the beatles overniceness.
