Rise Against Live at the Congress Threatre Chicago Il November 21, 2008. Song Prayer of the Refugee Rise Against is from Chicago, Illinois and was formed in 1999. Their current line-up consists of four members: Tim McIlrath (vocals, guitar), Joe Principe (bass guitar), Brandon Barnes (drums), and Zach Blair (guitar).
