It is my sole intention for this piece to help someone who is maybe stressed, anxious, nervous to find some peace of mind, and to squash negative thoughts instantly.

If you are wondering why I say near the start of this video to lift your gaze upwards when a negative thought pops in your mind then I have to tell you that this is just an idea of mine, it works for me and I would LOVE to know if it works for you, the research/thinking/medition behind this idea is this.....

If I said to you to put your body in a stressed out/depressed state, i bet your eyes would stare at the floor, we seem to look down when we are concentrating on our feelings more than facts" so to me, it seems that a simple solution is to simply look up! thats the short answer of it, I very much look forward to hearing your comments on this.

Also, if you are wondering why I chose the picture of the two lads in the little boat, my reason is this.....

How many times do we moan at the hardships of the day, when a lot of times it really isnt that bad, the two lads in the image I photographed whilst I was in Egypt a couple of years ago, They were on the River Nile, the lad standing up is holding a fish, that will be his food for the day, think about that.

Hi Paul, thank you for posting all this great music. I was thinking this would be very nice to play for people in a nursing home or hospice. This song especially for some reason really makes me recall my Mom during her last few days. It helps me visualize the ttransition from our earthly lives to the next phase of our existence. The difficultly in leaving everyone behind but the sweetness in being reborn again. I wish I would have discovered you while she was still alive. Peace.
