  • that is not Qutab minar @ 2.30

  • @GarritSmith: Yes it is not the minar but, It is in Qutab Minar Campus in Delhi, Ashoka Stambh (Pillar of Ashoka), it is made of Iron which never rusts, showing excellence in metallurgy at that time. This pillar was brought there from Magadha empire. Ashoka's Pillar has four lions facing four directions, which is symbol adopted by Indian Govt. Thanks for watching and taking notice.

Series was created by Shyam Benegal, well known director and one of the best series which recreates old India, depicting gods and Ramayan/Mahabharata's characters as human and what might be the reality, which became legend, and made then God.

  • @2010ravikant So you do agree that it is not Qutab Minar but it is Ashoka Stambh as you call it.

It is a 4th century pillar, originally made as a flagstaff in Vishnu's honour

  • @2010ravikant Thank you so much for the info. I guess, I'll see if I can find "Bharat Ek Khoj" on youtube, Sadly, zeeTV never shows any documentaries which could reunite us with the real India!

  • that is india
