I think I kinda understand what is happening in this song. Gakupo (the robot) is trying to steal the memories of Irina (Which explains why it's like she's hypnotised). Len is trying to stop him; however by the time Len reaches her he is too late. There is nothing he can do besides trying to convince Gakupo to stop. He won't listen to Len. Len knows Irina won't remember anything which is why he says at the end "Bye Forever Irina" and attacks Gakupo. That is just what I think.
