I doubt very much there will be a Question movie. Even though Alan Moore based Rorschach on the Question, the modern writers of the Question borrowed back from Mr. R. for the character. Given that, I doubt Q will be optioned for a movie as he would come off as being too similar, people who don't know better would cry 'ripoff' I have heard rumors Q will appear in Batman 3, so if it does well, who knows?

An interesting tidbit for anyone that didn't know, Question went to journalism school with Lois Lane. If I remember right, she was just a couple of years ahead of him.

@constintean Basically, though what I love about the Question is that he's a self made man. He grew up in an orphanage with zero money, unlike Bruce who had the advantage of a father figure (Alfred) and money. Plus, Q has a sense of humor.

He's a detective and has martial arts training from some of the same people Batman trained under. His detective skills are considered second only to the Dark Knight's, and even Batman has admitted Question's skills rival his own, while saying he thinks Question is too tightly wound,,, and that's coming from Batman, lol!
