La Veguilla en Benavente 2007

This is the day of "La Veguilla" celebrated in town called Benavente (Zamora, Spain) and it's celebrated the same day as the "Lunes de Aguas" that's famous were I live (in Salamanca, Spain). Basically now it's just a party were people drink lots and lots of calimocho (whine with cocacola). The guy that talks through the speakers in the second half of the video is the mayor of the town in "la pedida del toro" were the mayor offers the bull to the people and everybody has to ask for it, but now there's no bull for safety reasons :-P People just have fun, drink and laugh all day and... it's a heck of a great time!
