We are already familiar with a unilingual patent dystopi the size of EU. Please vote Pirate to get rid of this big mess of innovation obstacles the patent system constitutes!

Patents are broad monopoly rights that inevitably lead to high costs for all sides.
Abolishing languages means increasing the costs for the public.
Europe's linguistic diversity is only serving as a scapegoat here.
It's the system that is inherently too slow and burdensome for today's information society.
Once the EU patent system is set up, the rules will be set by patent lawyers and reform will be impossible.
This system is another pre-programmed failure for the EU.
