Why is that amazing? He's American. Why would you have a Chinese accent if you grew up in America? Do you expect Black people to have African accents if they grew up here? If you grew up in Russia, do you think you'd still sound American? How uneducated can you be not to comprehend such a basic concept?

I'm like what so I decided to get what I saw on here the crabs cantonese, It was just ok the sauce over powers the taste of any crab so all you taste is the sauce and green onions. The waiter was pretty rude real short answers and he looked pissed.

Sharing the boot of beer? Kind of disgusting.
It's not just Chinese restaraunts that have "phantom" menus, go to a real mexican restaraunt (no, not el nacho taco bell grande) and you'll be surprized what the mexican and latino families order. The american taste for ethnic food only goes so far outside of cities with large minority populations. Places like Panda Express, Chevy's, and Olive Garden were designed to cater to the american palate. No way are they even close to the real deal.

I don't think its discrimination to ask a non-asian if they want a fork or withhold the "other" menu. I bet they've had their fair share of pricks DEMANDING forks after struggling with chopsticks and probably also people that have reacted adversely to some items on the "other" menu. You can't really blame them, chinese restaurants are all about fast service. Never in a large city have I had to wait more than 5 - 10 mins for food.
