I came across this great song while sorting thru my 45's. Joni James had a number 1 hit with this song in 1952 and Patti Page a number 4 hit in 1953 (the flip side of Conquest). Also recorded by Margaret Whiting in 1953. The Duprees had a nice version in 1963. This Kalin Twins "rocked" it up quite a bit on this recording, as the song is usually sung very slow. I couldn't find any information about this Kalin Twins version, and it never charted. The song has a nice ending.
I guess that they had their big Hit record with WHEN, not on this particular record label I take it - did they have any follow up hit records to WHEN?

You must have found this song on a Vocalion label Kalin Twins lp. According to a discography website it was recorded Aug. 18, 1959.
