when you did this did you rebuild the power valve. b/c i just baught a 2000 kx100 and it needs a power valve rebuild and it will start if i bump it up.

could me a couple things, your main jet could be getting loose at the high shaking, throttle cable could have streched, something might have gone wrong in the rebuild..
