I got tm that contains thunder wave, but I used it on electrode, and as I know there is only one place that I can find that tm,
do you know what can i do to get again that tm??

You want the Thunder Wave TM again?
If so, I don't think that that is possible without the help of a cheating device. After all, most of the TMs in the game can only be found and used once.
Then again, I don't use a Gameshark or anything like that, so, I honestly don't know if a cheating device of any kind would do the trick either. Sorry.
