  • I would like to know how much is the average house cost in Beverly Hills and places around it

  • @xVeNoIVIx The average price in Beverly Hills is about $5.6 million.

  • Hello Christophe, I have a question. Do you think I can buy a home in that neighborhood for 10 to 15 million? Right now I live in the Hamptons and I want a vacation home over there. Please let me know, Thank you.

  • @everlast54321 Absolutely, call me (310)777-6342

  • These houses are so MAGNIFICIENT!

I actually wish one day I can have a lot of money and move into a house like that;)

    I keep dreaming on.

  • @monicaleslie11 It all starts with a dream, then a vision, goals, then a plan, hard work, then maybe some luck in between!

  • like Versailles, this place needs to be burned down and people living in it, guillotined.

  • hello christophe, my family and i are thinking of moving to L.A is it possible to buy a house is that neighborhood for 15 to 20 M$ this year ?

  • How does a regular person make money to be able to buy such a house? Is it only that intellectually gifted people or those who're lucky make it this big? Or in history has someone with an average good 110-130 IQ had a tiny bit of luck and made millions?

I'd like to know because the only ordinary people with that much are doctors. People in all other professions seem stuck with $100k-$200k, that too only if they're from a good university and good at their jobs.

  • nice, how do i start in real estate? i'm starting college for business administration concentrating in finance and would like to make a lot of money.

  • @blitzrule yeah you are right, ofcourse i knew it was one billion, i just typed wrong and i agree with you, is the most expensive house in the world but is probably the ugliest house in the world(outside), but is a house.

  • @gymjustin1 ONE BILLION, not one million....and its an ugly looking commercial building, with many poor people living in the surrounding areas...it reminds me of how kings lived 2000 years ago...a castle (in this case, an ugly castle) surrounded by poor peasants!

  • it seems to me that many homes around that area (expensive area) are for sale, is the economy that bad for many of these wealthy people or are they buying BIGGER estates? I've been to that area and it is lovely, unfortunately I can afford, like most Americans live in that area :)

  • the most expensive house in the worlld is in india, mukesh ambani oowns it it cost 1 million so and i am sure there are better houses than this in the world, and more expensive ones, dont be egocentric, not everything in usa is the "most" in the world.

  • @Christophechoo I couldn't agree more. I've wanted to be a filmmaker since I was 9 years old and I plan to move Los Angeles soon so this video is very inspring.
