Awesome scrimmage video of Austin's Lonestar Soccer Club while wearing the Hyper Weight Vest. Players are playing in the revolutionary, form fitting, weighted Hyper Vest, providing adjustable, comfortable resistance while they go through functional training to build muscle memory on the soccer/football field. After training heavier with the HyperVest, they play lighter, faster, stronger, quicker and better.

  • @TomSouthLondon - the weight of each Hyper Vest PRO is adjustable. The players in this video are wearing either a 5lb or a 10lb vest. It is recommended that a player should wear between 3% to 10% of their body weight while engaged in vigorous exercise, especially exercises that involve cutting, sprinting and rapid deceleration.
