@TomSouthLondon - the weight of each Hyper Vest PRO is adjustable. The players in this video are wearing either a 5lb or a 10lb vest. It is recommended that a player should wear between 3% to 10% of their body weight while engaged in vigorous exercise, especially exercises that involve cutting, sprinting and rapid deceleration.
