Penelope is Spanish so of course shes white, i dont understand why people don't get this. Just like black people not all white people are the same skin tone. Not all white people have blonde hair and blue eyes. There are also white people in South America like in Chile (where my parents are from), Argentina and Brazil. Anyone whos ancestors come from Spain is white.
