This is excellent, but the lyrics are "In Birmingham they love the gov'ner (boo boo boo)", not "In Birmingham they love the gov'ner (ooh ooh ooh)". Small difference, but it has a big meaning. It's a reference to George Wallace who was a proponent of segregation. A major theme of the song is that southern racism was not as widespread as media would have people believe.
