there is no were on the internet of any current British SAS training methods the ones you have seen are old techniques with retired members.

@chinesean1 Join the royal Commandos its the fastest route to the SAS and well get healthier than a marathon runner and at night sit outside in the freezing cold in a pair of boxers and you have a small idea of what life in the sas is like and even then you haven't scratched the surface

I think you should clarify that this is the Aussie SAS and 2nd Commando Regiment (2CDO), thats forms apart the Tactical Assault Group - East or TAG-EAST.
I think alot of the people on here think that it is the British SAS, it's NOT.
Don't normally do this, but thumb me up so they know.
