@ndkate20 Its kind of a scramble to get there. From any of the parking areas take the wide path west past the golf course to the overlook platform. From here jump over the rails and carefully scramble down the sandstone down to the water and head north (right) you will have to jump across a ledge to get to it. Its a short walk. You will want to go at low tide.

What a totally cool looking place. I need to go and visit Laguna one of these days. I'd hate to be in that cave during high tide though.
