Wow when I go to the dentist they numb each spot seperatly and do only one at a time. They Numb, freeze then pull out the tooth then they move on to the next one. Sometimes they numb all of the spots first then add more numbing gel later if they have to.

@stevefinnan2k8 Because she is being gassed. next time you go to the dentist ask them to gas you - it is the greatest!

@theaterqueen95 no at that time she couldn't lose some teeth but grown teeth started coming in anyway so they pulled out the teeth that had those teeth growing in
