Dr. Pet Vet

The kindly veterinarian of Frightenstein Castle, played by Billy Van, was the most normal of all the characters. Maybe that's why he scared SuperHippie. Dr. Pet Vet brings a different animal to visit Igor each time with the hope that Igor will finally get permission from the Sloth to keep a pet.
