One of the most important running fundamentals often overlooked is running with what many call "tucked hips." Positioning the pelvic bone and muscles in the right spot while running allows the rest of the mechanics to fall into place, making you run faster.

  • You have to transition into tuck hips, after drive phase.

  • i have cp and when i run my foot turns in so would this still work?

    Maybe it's because the other runners had their hips tucked as well and they just happen to be faster.
