In this surreal horror flick by director Higuchinsky ("Uzumaki"), a doctor is perplexed by a patient who's terrified of going to sleep. Each night, the patient's dreams grow longer and more frightening, eventually taking a toll on his body and ravaging his mind. Believing that these long dreams hold the secret to immortality, the doctor experiments in a nightmarish descent into madness.
Based on the manga "Nagai Yume" by master horror comic book writer Junji Ito.

@kirkfried yeah but i think he needed to show something. otherwise it's an hour of some guy sitting on a hospital bed.

the scary part about the manga isn't the jump scares, it's the unknown of his dreams.
