She definitely is very talented. She needs a coach who can teach her proper forehand/backhand mechanics though (a forehand loop maybe?), not someone to just beat balls with.

Her racket is too big, she should be using softer balls and i would be surprised if she is still playing at 15 she will probably be spending most of her time on the Physio's table..!

For a 5 year old, she is pretty good, but wouldn't call her prodigy... She is hitting the ball almost as a lob, wrist too open for good control. She is barely able to control the racket right now... Wait till she is older and can hit a real topspin groundstroke to see if she is a prodigy...

i wish people would not write "prodigy" as she is just like many other kids who play alot at 5 years old...can she continue to work hard for another 15 years or so, and accept constant challanges. Labelled pressure wont help
